Emory's on Silver Lake / About

Our Story

Emory’s on Silver Lake was first opened Emory and Molly Cole in October of 1994, in a new building on the shore of Silver Lake.  The property was previously the “Silver Beach Resort,” a private park dating back to the early 1930’s.  In early November 2009, Emory & Molly had just returned from a trip to Europe to find the restaurant fully engulfed in flames and being fought by several battalions from the Everett Fire Department. The building and twenty years of effort became a total loss in front of their eyes.

Emory & Molly Cole rebuilt the restaurant in a beautiful new ‘lodge style’ designed by local architect Fred Baxter to create a relaxed neighborhood establishment for more frequent visits, and to help guests feel like they are at home with friends.  Emory’s on Silver Lake reopened in November 2010.

Community

Emory’s thrives because of the support we receive from our community and we make a strong effort to give back through charitable contributions.

Each year we budget for donations because of the tremendous number of requests we receive. A majority of our donations go toward our partnership with Housing Hope at our annual “An Evening at Emory’s for ChildHope,” along with Providence General Foundation to name a few.

A New Beginning

In 2022, having successfully navigated the COVID-19 pandemic, the Coles decided it was time to retire and sell their business, so began searching for a well-established, family owned, restaurant company to carry on the legacy.  It turned out that Anthony’s Restaurants, a Northwest based, family-owned restaurant group with a well-established reputation was the fit the Coles were seeking.

Goal

We want your experience at Emory’s to be positive. Our goal is that in every interaction, every order we serve, and every experience you have with us that we meet or exceed your expectations. When we miss that mark, we hope that you give us an opportunity to make it right. Please do not ever hesitate to ask to speak with a manager. We want to be your choice in neighborhood dining and your place away from home. Pleasant dining!

Bar (21+) and Outdoor dining available first come, first serve.

Mon – Sat: 4pm – 9pm
Sunday: 2pm – 8pm

Happy Hour
Daily: 2pm – 6pm

CLOSED July 4th & December 25th

Hours subject to change without notice.
Happy Hour not available on restaurant holidays.
